Rainbow 7 Carpet Care cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed upon cleaning. Stains caused by caustic acids, permanent dyes or bleaching may be permanent stains that cannot be removed.

Rainbow 7 Carpet Care cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection. The price given to you over the phone/email is subject to visual inspection before work commences. If there are any price differences between the given quote (verbal or written) it will be discussed with the client before work commences.

Usually the price given over the phone will be the price charged, but the quote may be higher if the following occurs:

• There are extra rooms

• Rooms are larger than discussed

• Carpets are heavily soiled

• Stains will need advanced stain removal technique.

Stains that are hard to remove are: coffee stains, blood stains, urine decontamination red wine, curry, cordial.

In rare situations some deep carpet stains are not visible in the initial inspection and are actually hidden beneath the carpet fibres. After a proper deep clean these stains may rise to the top surface of the carpet. Rainbow 7 Carpet Care can not be held responsible nor liable for the behaviour of such stains.
